I make natural wine because it is the most honest way to express our land and our values. At Casa di Baal, wine is a living reflection of the vineyard, the seasons, and the people behind it, made organically and with minimal intervention so the grapes can speak for themselves. Natural wine is about respect—for the soil, biodiversity, and time. It’s not a trend for us, but the way our family has always made wine, and the only way that feels true to who we are.
