Our Dinner with the winemakers will take place again on Saturday, 9 March 2024. The exhibition space will be transformed into a banqueting hall with long, beautifully laid tables, providing the aesthetic setting for a convivial dinner for almost 300 people. The food is served on large platters and shared at the individual tables. All exhibiting winegrowers place their bottles on the table. At the end of the three-course menu there will be dancing! Caspar and Grischan from HI FIVE Cuisine are our chefs for this year's dinner with the winemakers. Both are no strangers to Cologne and have many years of experience in Cologne's Michelin-starred gastronomy such as La Société & Gut Lärchenhof. Their desire for something of their own; family style dining in a great atmosphere fits perfectly with our wine salon. We look forward to an exhilarating evening with them!
