Without Denis from Est\u00e9zargues (the head of the cooperative in 2014), the Weinsalon Nat\u00fcrel would not exist. I was already working with them and he said he could come to the shop in Cologne for an aperitif before Prowein in 2014. I then invited Axel Pr\u00fcfer, Casa Pardet, Trossen, Melsheimer and Enderle&Moll and the first in-house exhibition was born. Denis didn't come, he was unable to attend. That was the first stone that was set rolling and from that came the courage to organize a German natural wine fair. The wines are NOT NATURALWINES by definition, because they are not HAND-PICKED.
